THE STORY:
Four people go in search of the mythical Chupacabra.
If you have seen any of the Blair Witch Project (1999) knock-offs – i.e. The Lost Coast Tapes (2012), Hunting the Legend (2014), Willow Creek (2013), The Bigfoot Tapes (2012), or even Black Water Vampire (2014); basically any found footage movie where dumb people take a camera and go looking for a legendary creature. If you have seen any or all of these movies, you literally do not need to watch this one.
Not only will it bring you nothing new, but it is also the very worst of them all in terms of acting, dialogue and execution. There is no artistic merit here to speak of, with no thought put into the story’s plausibility. It’s just a movie made by a bunch of dicks, starring a bunch of dicks, all hoping to make a bit of quick and easy dick money.
How many different ways can you describe yet another bunch fucking annoying characters? Even the self-proclaimed psychic witch, Amber, the female, usually the centre of morality and rational thinking, even she is a complete moron. Morgan, is probably the worst performer of the group, and the worst character to boot. Why would you intentionally invite such a douchey fuck-bag on a long road trip? The man is clearly a raging, rotted asshole, and the only valid reason to pay him any attention is just to watch him die. A moment, by the way, that is nowhere near as glorious as it should have been, but at the same time quite fittingly nasty.
